Wildflower Property Services is a locally-owned yard maintenance company based in Sonora, CA. We serve residential and commercial properties throughout Tuolumne County, offering weekly and bi-weekly maintenance and yard cleanups.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all core maintenance tasks—mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal—on residential and small‑commercial properties
- Operate and maintain professional‑grade equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor plant health, irrigation concerns, and seasonal needs; report issues promptly
- Complete digital work orders and time logs accurately via mobile app
- Drive company truck/trailer between job sites (clean driving record required)
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to uphold Wildflower’s service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of yard maintenance or landscaping experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks without constant supervision
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform sustained outdoor labor
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
- Reliable, even‑tempered, and committed to following company policies precisely
- Tech-forward mindset: Comfortable using computer technology. Excited and motivated to learn how to leverage company apps and digital tools
- Flexible and responsive—able to work longer days during peak seasons, with reduced hours in off-seasons
- Familiarity with local plants, soils, and seasonal property care in the Sierra Foothills
- Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment repair
- Experience maintaining and repairing irrigation systems
- Experience mentoring or training crew members
- Comfortable towing and backing a trailer
- Strong potential and desire to grow within the company
